The Archive of Bitten Bread Slices is an ongoing collection of images of slices of bread that artists and cultural workers have bitten into. The project was initiated in 2017 by Moritz Hüttner, who asks artists to bite into a slice of bread and then take a photo of it. The idea is the result of an exploration of identity and value of artistic creation. All images are archived online and as fine art prints.
